Do you guys get those “frays” on the tip of your shoes when you wear them? Might be the way I walk..but it’s annoying as I constantly have to rub it off every few hours. Any suggestions besides adding fresh tips or taps?

In CP a 12 is essentially a 44 imo. I own 3 CP pairs including 1 bball. I can't speak to your size specifically but 45 would be huge imo.

Size 12 is a 45 I believe. I wear 11.5 and always go with 44 in CP. best bet is to try on in store if you can
