Dressing better

This thread has put me on desert boots. I'm looking to buy a pair but just wondering what brand sells desert boots?
What i mean by that is with Sperrys, they sell "boat shoes" topsiders.
What is "the brand" for desert boots? Is it clarks? Where can i go and try on a pair, nordstrom? And what is the best color for casual wear? Brown?

When someone talks about desert boots, Clarks is the first thing that comes to mind. Most mall's has a Clark store so check out your local mall.
Some Nordstrom and The Walking Company carries Clarks.

Suit or tux is fine. You want to be well dressed but not showing up the groom.

Make it a dark suit though, navy or really dark grey. I would even go further and suggest black. I have a black suit for just occasions, ironically I also havea tux in my closet.

Those jeans + belt are not doing it for me.I hate the wash on the jeans.

Is the in summer so a linen suit would be enough. If its in the morning it could be a light suit like light grey or some type of khaki.

In more stuff I will like but nobody else will news, I need some corduroys with a bootcut or straight leg, preferably white, brown, and red pairs. I got thosered polo chinos, but turned out Nantucket Red is a bit too pinkish for me, I can't find a legit cardinal red. The ones I bought were too big anyways, butthey're 40/32 if some1 wants to holla at them

It's on par with brands like True Religion, price wise. It's been years since I've worn Diesel, but (I think) jeans are around$150-200 and t shirts are around $60-80. Nordstrom and their site sell Diesel, feel free to visit the site for more accurate pricing.

The Sartorialist. The belt was the first thing I noticed and for it to catch my attention like that as you guys did says something IMO, but I likeit though.
I'm so used to matching regular colors. Once I had my vacation in Europe over last summer, the 'art of dressing better' kicked it up another notchfor me.

Diesel looks great depending on how you want to pull it off. Being from Toronto, its played hard by Italians who have no other brand to turn to when they wantto look good.

Diesel isn't really that expensive if you really look at it. Some of their items are just slightly higher than Banana Republic but fits better.
It is different style from BR though, Diesel has a more moto-look and style. It is also more streetwear than BR.

copped a pair of Cole Haan Loafer and a pair of Allen-Edmonds from Nordstrom rack

Coles were 75.99 (299.99 retail) Allen's were 69.99 (350.00 retail)...

Today's pick up- Calvin Klein Jeremy. They were on clearance at Macy's for half off and I got another 15% off, so it came to $54+
They look really nice, and to me, at least, are a nice alternative to the Clarks Desert Boots that have been drooled over in this thread
