Foamposite like it says in the name of the shoe is the foam / mold on to your feet. If you get them too big they will hurt your feet. But if you get them trueto size or snug, they will expand

If you guys are getting them big .... later on they well be huge ... YES they are snug at 1st but the more you wear them the better they well fit ... I SAY DONT go a half size up .
