This might FINALLY be the opportunity all have been looking forward to. NT NEW YORK.. You really have to hold things down.. someone needs to take a laptop withwireless internet connection... DOES the hip hop culture center have WI-FI (anyone in NY know of this place???) Anyway, someone needs to BLOG the events asthey happen on a thread, with updates every 10 minutes..and blog the questions and then G's answers.. you know how INFORMATIVE that would be!? I live inD.C. and WISH I could go to NY cause I would defintely do that for us. However, I know SOMEONE up in NY has a laptop with wireless internet and can get thatdone!

They probablly won't allow lap tops or any kind of cameras if they did and they had wifi all you gotta do is hook up a webcam and bammo we can all bein the house, LOL Actually someone just needs to go in there with a small voice recorder and record the whole thing so we can hear the questions and theanswers and then come home and transcribe the GOOD STUFF...

If HOV gets a ticket, I'm really tempted to fly out there just to see if he lays the smack down like he's always said he would if he ever got achance to meet Gentry..

I actully feel bad for Gentry because he's just a scapegoat and the man that does press releases and what not. He's not the head guy, a designer or theguy that makes all the decisions on what comes out and what doesn't. He's just someone that everyone blames for their gripes with the company as awhole. People point the finger at him when in reality they should be pointing it at several people and not him alone. If you took a poll here on NT I bet 80%of the people would say Gentry single handedly runs the company and calls ALL the shots, which anyone with a grasp of business knows is not the case at all!!!Good luck G, it's gonna be a tough crowd to say the least... LOL

Anyone wanting to call Gentry out needs to come up with a really good question about JB so that if the questions are screened they actually can get a chance togive him h**l. If I was in the NY area I definitely would go. Oh well. Anyway, someone needs to sneak a camera, video, voicerecorder, etc. anything in there sowe can all know whats up. I dont want to hear 50 different people peacing together the whole q&a.

this thread makes me laugh. it explains the dream i had last night.

for starters, i don't feel anything ill towards this man. i don't know him. i don't know anything about the hand he may have had in the decline inJB. but even still, after all the hatred i've witnessed here in NT, last night i dreamt:

i was at a casino. i approached a table and gentry was seated there alone. i saw no one else. no staff nor other guests. he placed a huge bet on some obscuregaming table. the game i couldn't identify (i was a croupier years ago so i know them all). i commented on his large bet. he pointed out how it was MUCHmore than i thought. he lost it all in one hand. he got up to leave. as he was walking out, i called at him something like "you gamble like yourcontribution to jordan: terrible!"
