I’m still confused as to why the only cars that were able to unlap themselves were the ones between Lewis and Max. The rules state that all lapped cars are able to unlap. So why just those 4-5 cars?

The point is, that Masi deserves to be fired. He’s doing a horrible job all the time and has proven it again today.
This is a straight rule, no grey area. Masi decided to ignore it to fabricate a drama ending.
