Very much so. Have a pair of the og royal blue ds that I picked up over year ago (see previous post above). Solid, could hurt a mf with them.
Would not pick one up for any near full price. As another mentioned and if you read the old thread, these things sat through outlets to the bitter end. Great winter snow shoes though. Something different.

Fyi: the all blacks dropped on JJ couple days ago. Still there. Wouldn't buy these anywhere near full retail. Wait till spring when they're dumping them for next winter season.

Yes but they are on the heavy side

I have the OG Dr Dooms. I would say for me the retros are more comfortable due to a somewhat softer foam used compared to the original.
