Honestly these 2017 foams are absolute trash. Can't believe they went the cheap route and pretty much replicated the same shoe as the 2011, which just a different hue of blue.

Never buying foams again. That's for sure.

You hit the nail right on the head. We are just fortunate to have/seen OGs-07s. These younger cats have not, and these were for them.

these retros are a sufficient replacement for the ogs. Nothing lasts forever and my older pairs are falling apart.

Might be gone  by now , but it's worth a shot

I'm not a younger cat and it is what it is. Foams are still better than the crap we've been getting from JB and animal thug was just caping real hard for the sorry XV retro until he found out they didn't have forefoot zoom.

We have been getting foams from China for what, 6 years now? I'm GLAD that the mold hasn't changed for the worse since then considering how inconsistent Nike/JB has been.
Yep.. all in all JB has not messed up the XVI's in retro-dom. But the XV's.. thats just plain out making a fake shoe selling it as real..lol

I don't see the trash you guys are speaking of. True the color is slightly different from the 97 but is that really a big deal? It's not like you're wearing a different production year on each foot at the same time. As for workmanship, I have zero glue stains, everything is symmetrical and the fit is perfect. If you guys want to live in the 90s and 2000s when shoes had "better" quality. Invest in a time machine [emoji]128514[/emoji]

Honestly you guys are being big babies cause nobody is balling in them, only thing I see you guys doing is wearing them for like an hour, take pictures then put them back in the box...or maybe never wear them at all. No wonder this new sneaker culture is laughed at all the time. 20+ years ago we beat our shoes to the ground, bought a new pair and kept it moving.

I'm a hybrid of both cultures.. I like to waer mines to the groudn without them looking like they ever touched the ground.. My kicks get about 50,000-250,000 pacing steps a year and i like to keep them looking white and icey (sole protection).. but I do miss the old price.. Some shoes are newer for the better and some for the worse.. A good shoe that I need to get are the first Eggplants compared to the retro release.

How do you know how many pacing steps lol?

Royals finally came today... I'm completely content with them.

Anybody else think they run big? had tons of toe room compared to my other foams. I finally broke out my 2012 stealths the other day, figure it was about time - and when trying these on, it was very noticeable I had a lot more toe room and length, I'm honestly happy about it because foams have always been a narrow shoe for me.

I just hate the difference of length in the laces from the size 8.5 to 9 - not as much as I hate having sore toes at the end of the day though.

I love my maroon foams more, and more each time i pull em out the box.... and to think, i was going to pass at first.
