I like to mix it up with pasta, depending on the dish. I use penne, rigatoni, fusili, fettuccine and spaghetti.
My favorite pasta is probably gnocchi, but I’ve never tried to make it at home.

Homemade is the way to go for gnocci. Bought a potato gnocci at the store and it was awful
