I like it enough to go almost every time I pass by. I haven't been to the one in NY, but have been told the one in NY is better.

Tilapia is used in bass and other fish farms and is sold as a byproduct of said farms.
Why do they use Tilapia in bass farms? Because they eat the bass **** and keep it clean for the bass.
Also, tilapia is born without a gender and males have more meat. So guess what? They pump hormones in the water to get the tilapia to be mostly male.

So buy wild caught Tilapia if you want to be safe.
