We're talking about getting someone fired, not firing one of your own employees. I would only contact the establishment if i wasnt reimbursed for whatever reason. Seeing as the customer was in this instance, id call it a day.

Knowing nawghtyhare nawghtyhare shinanaggins im pretty sure he called AMEX to try to get the whole purchase refunded so it could be a free meal that was worth $150+
