I have no horse in the race but this character judgement off of some damn food is ridiculous.

People make snap judgements all the time. Sure I might assume someone is a little stubborn because of how they choose to eat steak, but that doesn't affect how I treat them.

It's human nature to assume and try to make sense of things.

Went to Melao Bakery in Kissimmee today for lunch

Mofongo con Carne Frita, rice and beans , maduros

Best steak I’ve ever had. Cooked perfectly in my opinion. Medium rare with good char.

This was at Jose Andre’s spot, Bazaar Meat, in Vegas not too long ago.
Awesome restaurant by the way.
Strongly recommended.

Sorry guys had all the meat thawed out ready to grill this weekend. Turn grill on it won't stay lit, wasn't about to waste the meat had to cook the steaks on oven in cast iron skillet, then burgers and keilbasa on GF grill.
