Exactly.

I remember my short trial run with those sprays. Some just leave an unpleasant taste and others are way to damn flammable and burn quick or dry off fast throwing off how you cook.

Never again.

I always use that spray when I cook eggs. My pans are really old and everything sticks to it.

You don’t have any Salvadorian spots by you?

My favorite Salvi restaurant by me does this plate called the Plato Tipico that a lot of Salvi places do some variation of.

Pupusas, plantains, yuca and chicharron all on one plate :emoji_hugging:
Pupusas some of the most filling food on the planet.
Had some taking forever to ripen on my table only to find out that the stems got mold on em. I was hot
Mold don't stop you from the maduros.

Need like a week for those to be sweet with the delicious carmelization on the edges.
You gotta deep fry it.
In the video he’s pan searing it. Ma dukes never made plantains like that. Never!!
Never seen deep fried. Dominicans just put a little oil on the pan and flip them as each side gets done.

Can tell by looking those were not very sweet. But you cut them right.
