it was cool for a minute. there were no other real decent burgers when they first opened. umami was changing locations and they moved in.

HiHo is by the Sugarfish people. Really want to try them next.

Ritual(Houston, TX) The Ritual Burger Beef, brisket, blue cheese fondue and onions(Its a fancy *** restaurant with a winery and a butcher. The actual description of the burger is wayyyy more fancy.)

Yea the burger wasn’t big but it was dense af. Good too. I want to check that place out for a steak night when I get the chance. They got a butcher on site. The cut your steak, let you peep it raw, then cook it.
