lox on an everything bagel

You like lettuce on yours?
I see places do it, but I just don't see the appeal
I don't like eating bagels open-faced either
Gotta sandwich that thing
But the layering matters a lot
I've gone to bagel spots and they put cream cheese on both sides with everything else in between
That's a no-no
Thick schmear of cream cheese on the bottom
Lox on top of that
Tomato, onion, and capers on top of all that
Also gotta get scallion or vegetable cream cheese
Only time I'm getting regular cream cheese is if someone at work gets bagels for everyone
I'll thank them
But I'll silently judge them knowing that they could've done much better
Like I bring bagels to work 1-2x/month
And I get a pound and a half of vegetable cream cheese
Alongside regular cream cheese and butter
And the vegetable cream cheese is gone within an hour or so
Whereas the regular cream cheese and butter end up sitting there collecting dust like a pair of Birdman Lugz
I've actually had to adjust my purchasing and buy more vegetable cream cheese
Because everyone there likes it so much
So it's not like they don't know any better

We have one, uno, ein! Dunkin Donuts location in Denmark. ONE?! And it's three hours away. When I visited NYC, I had to make a one visit a day rule and if I went in the morning, I was like damn, damn, damn, I should have held out a little longer for the rest of the day.

Maybe I should establish my own branch location.

**** around and we're about to all be vegan, in better shape, a little extra money in the pocket, have cleaner air. The ****.
