There’s a little strip by my house with a chick fil a, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Burger King, and a Popeyes. All drive thru. The lines have been insane the past few weeks, like out to the street

The pizza was so flavorful, I wasn't even mad. It needed the crust to balance it out. The crust was nice and chewy, with the perfect amount of char.

Not doubting it was good, just simply saying that crust took up a large amount of the pizza.

Simply amazing. What temp did you roast at?

I grilled Fat down for about 4 minutes at Medium Heat then flipped and proceeded at low heat to cook the rest which fluctuated between 365°-390° for 50 minutes covered. Then let us rest for 11 minutes before slicing.
