I always say extra crispy and light sauce...spot by my drowns it in sauce so it gets too soggy. With the extra crispy/light sauce combo it's the bestI've never even thought about ordering general tso fried strong

General Lee Chicken - Authentic Crispy Bourbon Chicken Recipe
It may have been General Tso, if he ever existed, who first loved this dish but only a true Southerner (most of which derive their origin from Ireland by the way), could ever make such a dish this great. GRANTed I know Lee was no Creole but the spice works well here.
