Wild. Meat × pastry. I can see sweet on meats like sesame chicken, BBQ, but combining it with desserts is another thing.

Haha I have 2 kids.. one likes their hot dogs plain, the other with just ketchup

Standalone, they are cool.

But if you claim they make or break a food item, you probably never had much stock/faith in that food item from the jump.

When "pumpkin" is used in West Indian cuisine, what is the make and model of the pumpkin? There are so many varieties of pumpkin squash that I don't want to purchase the wrong item.

I've seen it listed as Caribbean pumpkin in various markets in countries with a Caribbean population. From my understanding the correct name is Calabaza. Another way that I personally determine what type of pumpkin it is by the pumpkin skin. For example, the piece that I currently have has that brown tannish hue. They also tend to have a dark green exterior as well

Pickles are great.

Not a total dealbreaker if a burger or chicken sandwich doesn’t have them, but if they’re included they’re appreciated.
