Oven baked "fried" chicken wings coated in coconut flour with a home made salsa verde.

Used a bit of coconut oil in the aluminum pan and I'm completely shocked how well it came out

I'm on this new psuedo keto diet so I'm really happy I found a healthy fried alternative

These Dollar Tree Ice Cream bars are fire but the Twix Cookies & Cream bar is crazy good. It has chunks of oreo cookies at the top that adds a perfect light and airy crunch along with the caramel. Those crunchy bits are good af.

Slow Cooker Cabbage “Rolls” (made with Beyond Meat grounds) with Creamed Peas.

*“Rolls” because I suck at rolling the stuffing into the cabbage leaves and hence this became more of a layered thing like a cabbage Lasagna.

The top pastry is an Apple Tartine (granny smith apples, cinnamon frangipane, cinnamon creme patisserie and brown sugar crumble on top of a croissant bottom).

The bottom left is a Tropical Bomb (coconut mousse filled with pineapple mango lime compote, dipped in passionfruit glaze on top of a citrus crisp).

The bottom right is a Maple Pecan Tart (vanilla mousse with pecans, caramel and maple syrup on top of a dulce chocolate tart).
