FOOD THREAD VOL. GRUB LIFE

To add to the breakfast debate I have a large protein heavy breakfast every morning, light lunch, and moderate sized dinner. I actually eat most of my carbs for dinner cause I wake up every day and train fasted before breakfast
 
Protein heavy breakfast will hold you down longer than a carb heavy one. Youll just get hungry sooner with a carb heavy breakfast

Kale (with red onion)
Cilantro mashed potatoes

Its some empanadas (beef, guava + cheese), platanos rellenos etc. around here too.
 
When it comes to BBQ is it the meat your tasting for or the sauce?

I eat my bbq with sauce on the side . Like to control my sauce portions because some be adding way too much. The sweet potato with spinach looks really good.
