FOOD THREAD VOL. GRUB LIFE

Had two wisdom teeth extracted yesterday so all I can eat is soup.

Decided to order a tomato and also cheddar broccoli soup from Panera

First time trying Panera and I'm very impressed. Both soups were delicious

Fries look nice a crispy.

Is the chicken actually HOT?

No disrespect.
 
I don’t know what it is but Panera chips are great
My favorite kettle chips by far. Even better than cape cod chips

yup. Actually air fried the fries since they traveled from va to md. Chicken was good. I only got the third spice level. Definitely enjoyed how they cooked them. I think the spot is better known for their chicken sandwiches.
Definitely will add it to the va rotation
 
yeah, panera bread is the biggest rip off. prices are crazy.
and ever since that article came out where dude was explaining how they make their soups, i don't go there.
i have one next door and it's a last choice resort. their bakery is solid though...just way overpriced.

How crazy are the prices at Panera?
Don’t they charge like $20 for half a sandwich with cup of soup lol
Panera just opened up down the street
Everytime I drive by it seems pretty busy
 
Not something i'd do but nothing wrong with that at all. Matter of fact i've only seen folks with the deepest of southern roots put the cream of mushroom, doesn't taste in the final product.

Got the whole meat menu
Brisket...ribs..turkey...chicken..sausage...pulled pork
Fried okra...and a baked potato..some pie hiding the background as well...ohb amber ale

Drove 30 min to this farm to stock up on this fire *** black bean/pepper salad they have and they didn’t have any :stoneface:
