FOOD THREAD VOL. GRUB LIFE

Gonna get tacos + radish tonight cuz of this thread

I just realized I’m going back and forth about ketchup with folks who eat KFC, Taco Bell and Wendy’s, Chipotle, eating radish as a condiment, etc ...

Man, if y’all don’t go somewhere

 What is the underlined part about?

Grine Grine is literally the only person in the world that i have heard puts ketchup on tacos
do they even have ketchup at taco bell?

Tomatoes, my G. That’s all it is :lol

Other parts of the world does - here’s Spain.

That’s like going to Poland and asking them how they like their pad Thai. I’m sure they’d want to drowse their **** in gulash thick brown sauce. Common son

no man I wish. No time with minions. I smoke with a pellet grill so was curious. I do see a smoke ring but just wasn’t as visible.
How’d it taste and how was the elasticity. Going to smoke a brisket for cinco de Mayo for sure.

do you ever add wood chips?

It tasted good to me. But I'll be honest, as crazy as that sound, I have never had brisket before today. They were giving em away at IGA (40$) this week. I mostly smoke pork. If I smoke a thick piece like a pork shoulder I'll add some cherry wood but not much. Personally I equate smoke to salt, you need it but too much will ruin it. Cooking with lump is enough smoke for me, just my taste.

Thinking about getting a Smokey mountain but I already have a kettle so I don’t think I need it
But I want one

The Smokey mountain is more work then a pellet smoker but they are much cheaper for the same result. Mine is a 18inch, I wanted 22 but I got it for nothing "fell off a truck". If you roll em up you can still cook alot of ribs at once.
