Can't help you much. Mom blessed me with the meatballs and the sausage, so I don't know the process. I just know she makes the best pot of sauce/meatballs.

Everything else was just assembly.

I remember when I was a kid going to visit my dad's cousin outside of Philly. We went to some bakery and they had those pretzels. They were good as hell
