Octopus seems really difficult to cook because I’ve had it at a lot of restaurants but is very hit or miss. Very easy to make it too chewy.

I had a Cuban( pork shoulder, ham, Swiss, Mayo, pickle, onion) with sweet potatoe fries and a mango mojito. GF had chicken with guava sauce, rice, black beans, tostones, Maduros, and a lime mojito. 10/10 would eat at this spot again.
