I like the idea of a dedicated pizza oven. There weren't always good options, let alone ones that are portable. Not having a good oven is why I've never really messed with at-home pizza making

Might have to cop a Koda 16 (gas) at some point. The Karu seems nice just not as practical and $300 more than the Koda after gas attachment. Just don't want to regret not having the wood option down the line

Right, the temp most at-home pizza making defaults to

500-600 works but that's pretty much the difference between restaurant quality and home cooking
