It's pretty simple. 1 + 1 = 2 not 1 + 1 = 5788. That's not a rule. Its just a fact.

Some protein inbetween two slices of bread usually.

Is bacon a breakfast item?

Of course it is.

Now keep in mind not every meal with bacon in it makes the meal a breakfast item Baconators are not breakfast items.

Now if these answers somehow turn in to rules to you don't even bother asking anything else.

Still won't make BLTs a breakfast sandwich.

Also a BLT with eggs in it is not a BLT. That's that cheese melt + random protein logic.

Listen all I said was most people don’t consider blts breakfast sammiches. I can see why it can be I think the tomato and lettuce makes it more of a lunch sammich. Now veggies can be on breakfast sammiches. I thoroughly enjoy a BEC with avocado on a roll. The avocado makes it delish

A drizzle of olive oil with black pepper and a dab or 2 of vinegar on the lettuce, heirloom tomato if available and bacon. toast the roll/bagel add mayo if that’s your jam
