Trying one of those meal delivery things - got a discount code which made it decent value. I've not got much time at the moment and if I have to get something at work it ends up being expensive or junk.

This is Beef Brisket Massaman with coconut rice - got 4 different ones in the fridge for next week too.

It's pretty tasty and should be filling - but without the discount it's about $10 per day which seems excessive.

Unless you are only eating certified organic from top shelf grocery stores, I don't see how an egg from Piggly Wiggly is more valued than an egg from Aldi's.
