Plain alfredo sauce doesn't do it for me. I usually end up heavily spicing and seasoning it.

Regular traditional alfredo sauce tastes like pouring milk on pasta. I try to neutralize as much of that cream taste as possible.

When making alfredo sauce I put a ton of parm, garlic, chopped onion, red pepper flakes. Mix in some good grilled chicken and broccoli and I can devour 3-4 plates in one sitting.
