Good luck. I hear the wait is crazy long.... 3-4 hour wait time. Even when they open at 10! They take reservations, but they are booked up until Feb. (Lunch/Din Thurs-Sun) You can make reservations for Mon-Weds no problem.

went on a Monday night with just me and my girl and waited less than an hour. went around 7pm too. wait is probably long if you have more than a party of 4.

Kobe Beef Roll from Sake Bar Hagi in Midtown (Theater District). One of my favorite after-work places in NYC. Special midnight menu runs until 2 AM, includes that roll and the Alaskan Roll (also pictured). Choice of various sakes or $12 Asahi/Kirin/Sapporo pitchers. You know it's good when restaurant workers go there late after a long day.

It was pretty good. I still prefer traditional bibimbap but that bowl wasn't bad at all. The beef tasted a little sweet to me, but I wasn't mad at it.
