FOOD THREAD VOL. GRUB LIFE

Lol yea man it was heaven while I was eating then felt like sh** afterwards. Im convinved injera expands in your stomach.

For the sake of the cultural experience I didnt mind eating with my hands but this time was chaotic. Too many damn people. Dudes had stains on their clothes by the end of the night.
Jeez get this guy a bib

Needed some comfort food after a trip to the doctor and then a trip to the ER for the kids yesterday.

Seems kinda gross. but I definitely want to try Ethiopian food.

Let me clarify...a bunch of individuals digging into the same plate with their hands is what I deemed "gross"
so when you have dishes like this there's a saying, "stay in your own neighborhood."
split the large plate in to sections and stay in your section.

That makes total sense. On my list of things to try in 2023. Probably need to venture towards DC I think.

my homie lives near the adams morgan part of dc.. large ethiopian community there and to no surprise the food was on point.

but more importantly hope your child is on the mend :emoji_pray:

Most times Ive had Ethiopian its been 3 people max which made it manageable. This time it was 6 of us and the plates were all different stuff we all wanted to try so there was a lot of cross table reaching.
