Shah's was my first halal experience and I still really enjoy it.

When I moved to the south shore back in May I found a halal spot by me with a ton of amazing reviews and my first instinct was that the reviews were fake because I'd never heard anyone talk about it. I rolled the dice and it paid off in dividends. This is the best halal I've ever eaten:

Lamb barbacoa tacos, roasted sweet potatoes and brussels w cohita cheese, chorizo yellow queso. It was good but they were doing too much with the crispy onions and I chronicled the chairs in another thread but they tried to set me up to fail there

Just bought myself some new Milwaukee toys for Christmas too. I'll post them later.


Both. Gutting part is done tho. Just hangin up the last bit of drywall in the attic. We tore out the roof and built a full length dormer with 2 bedrooms & a bathroom.

Also I’ve decided to keep doing rotisserie chickens, but I wanna explore some different approaches. This weekend I’m gonna attempt a char siu rotisserie chicken.

Other ideas are tandoori and Vietnamese-style rotisserie chickens. Open to better ideas if anyone has them.

I’m staying at the Sonesta not too far from Camden Yards/ M&T Bank Stadium.

I’ve seen a few seafood spots. Any you would recommend ?
