Some Deli’s sell both white and yellow American cheese, that’s real cheese and it’s good. Doesn’t seem artificial like grocery store bought American singles.

There's certainly levels to American cheese

All have added emulsifying agents but the other ingredients/amount of dairy can vary

I can think of a handful of foods where using fancier cheeses hurts the experience FOR ME.

Think it’s gotten to the point where we need some new cookware. A lot of the nonstick stuff we got for our wedding has seen better days.

Anybody have anything they absolutely love? Been eying a couple things from Made In.

Are you looking for a set of a few pieces? Depending on how you want to spend, Calphalon is a good brand, solid stainless steel pans. They are not my main but I have a pan and a wok by them. Don’t forget to get some Bar Keepers Friend’s to help maintain the pans.
