Sous vide ribs today. I only decided yesterday and got some frozen ones in the morning. They’ve been in the bath at 155° for 12 hours now - planning for 18 then finishing on the grill.
Never tried this before so I’ll be interested to see how they are. I would have liked to have gone longer but didn’t get organised. The other half of the box are in the freezer so I can try a different way next time.

Had pho a few times (all from the same spot) and it was good just super oniony which I don’t mind at all
But I’ve gotten other things from there and i realize I don’t really like that spot it’s just close to my job

Sous vide ribs for the first time - these were 18 hours at 155° then just on the grill with sauce for about 10 minutes.
I’ve only sampled a corner so far but pretty tasty - and completely foolproof.
