Just mushroom and ground bison. Garlic salt seasoning. Some basic meal prep. Might throw some onion in and roll it in a tortilla.

I love deep dish but I get why people may not like it. Inexplicably my taste in pizza are opposite sides of the spectrum, thin NY slice or deep dish lasagna joints. No in-between.

There used to be a Pizza Uno location here. I went once and the deep dish pizza and appetizers sucked. Probably all frozen and reheated.

I went to Pequod's which was the place that most locals told us to check out... It literally tasted like a mound of tomato sauce and undercooked meats and veggies on top of mushy bread.
I legitimately had to power through one slice
Monteverde, Au Cheval, & Moody Tongue were all excellent spots, though.
