This spot by me called Cafe Rio was selling $1 burritos and $1 salads today. So naturally I had to pick up one of each. Total was $2.12. Their sweet pork barbacoa is delicious, even Muslims would eat it.

If you in NoVa I would definitely recommend you find your nearest Cafe Rio and take advantage of the deal.

Ahi and Salmon Poke at Bear Flag Fish Co. Newport Beach, Ca

Passion Fruit Pavlova Donut at Sidecar Donuts. Newport Beach, Ca.

Homemade Orange Glazed Ribs, by yours truly. Orange County, Ca

Homemade Bo Kho (Vietnamese Beef Stew) by mi madre. Orange County, Ca.

22 oz Bone In Ribeye served with Alaskan King Crab and Black Truffle Gnocchi and Sauteed Mushrooms at Mastro's. Costa Mesa, Ca.

Chicken meal at Dino's. Bellflower, Ca.

More heat coming your way.

Dos Caminos Happy Hour scheduled. And some Italian spot in Midtown with 2 for 1 martinis that gets the panties moist. Abboccatto might be the name.

Rasta Pasta is a dish.

I don't live the glamorous lives some of you guys live going out everywhere but I came across these pics on my phone when we went to this BBQ joint in Orlando last summer for vacation called 4 Rivers Smoke House. The place with packed with long lines but was worth it.

If you're every in O Town, I highly recommend this place. My wife's tray on the left had beef ribs, fries & tater tots, & greens. My tray on the left had beef brisket, fried okra, greens, mac & cheese, & corn bread.

Damn, that bbq looks good. Probably way better than that Dallas BBQ junk we have here in NY.

NY nt'ers, are there any decent bbq places here? I feel like I have to travel to different areas of the country for authentic bbq.

Add to these Hop Kee. On Mott Street in Chinatown. :smokin

Get you an order of Crabs Cantonese style, order some duck, a couple of appetizers and some Tsingtao to wash it down... So good. And pretty affordable.
