Here is that entitled, just because you put your blinker on doesn't mean I HAVE to let you over in my lane. The blinker is letting me know you want to get over, and me not slowing down is me letting you know I don't want you in front of me.

THIS. That puts him at just as much fault as the Camry IMO.

Actually it is against the law if you have the opportunity to avoid an accident and fail to do so.

If I was a cop I would be writing tickets for the Camry and the driver with the dash cam simply because in my eyes both share about 50/50 blame for the accident, only person innocent in this is the 4runner

It looks like the Camry was trying to pass from the right side which is something I’ve always been taught not to do. She was obviously speeding up to pass the car in time before she was trapped by the suv in front of her. If all she wanted to do was switch lanes she would’ve slowed down to the suvs speed, waited until it was clear to switch and then switched. Sure he’s an *** for speeding up but the blame is more like 70/30 imo
