I don't think CA will see a drastic drop compared to other states due to that tax that was implemented last year.

Lowest I saw yesterday was $2.87 for regular unleaded at Costco.

It's suppose to fund all the state's infrastructure with a goal of 98% of all highways in good or fair condition, along with repairs to over 500 bridges by 2027.
