Has this happened to anybody elses xbox?

sound still works fine but the screen is all extra drunk..no rings of death...what could it be?any help is appreciated

yep. happened to me and many others last year. I called and reported it as RROD and got it fixed. The towel trick worked for a while though

me & my boy had the same problem with each of our xbox's. We just called and said 3 RRoD just to avoid any hastles. They were able to fix his, butgave me a brand new one

man im pissed at xbox/microsoft right now. rant is coming.

I had basically the same problem. sound worked fine, but my screen was blank, so i figured its the cords. I call 1-800-4myxbox and after a half hour dude tellsme they will ship me some new wires. I was like do i need to send my old ones in? he says no, your wires are on their way. I wait 2 weeks, and get nothing, soi call back and dude tells me that they havent even been shipped and i need to send my wires back in, so i complain because last dude said i didnt need to. heasks his manager and says wires are on their way. i wait 2 more weeks and call back, and they cant even check to see if they have been shipped yet, they saidwait a week and if i dont get them to call back?
