That's how Bumble, Hinge and virtually every dating app works now. 4 or so years ago swipes were unlimited or you'd get a decent amount.
Generally women don't take any of the apps/sites seriously. If you're gonna use the free version might as well try them all.

You need a new device, email and phone number(google voice throwaway) and new set of pictures and don't use the same name
What ever device you were using, for example a PC, has a unique identifier(MAC address) that has been logged and blocked
