I looked into it and according to a 2016 Healthline report the average US woman over 20 is in fact 5’4” 170.6lbs.

Having said that, I must not have been living in the US my whole life because I can confidently say that has never been the average size for women in any institution that I have been apart of. Must have conducted this study in San Antonio.
