You want to see what indigenous people look like in the southern most part of Egypt??? This is in Luxor. Which is real south Egypt. That's me on the far right.

If we were talking school textbooks, which main purpose (presumably) is education, then this type of practice would certainly be inexcusable (skepticism for public schooling notwithstanding).

But in an arena where marketing and "target demographics" reign supreme, liberties are taken to maximize profit. Only shady thing here is the peasant & criminal roles going to blacks, I suppose the actors were probably desperate enough to accept them, and the producers wanted to "diversify" the cast with only menial roles, a shame but still a side effect of the business side of filmmaking.

Now asking WHY an all white cast is more profitable is a much better question IMO

Yes i understand that Film companies are looking to bring in the most money off of these films but even then that is not SOLELY the reason behind them blatantly showcasing a certain view of history in every single hollywood film.

I don't know about the Jews you personally know, nor do i know any Jewish people on a level like that, so i'm basing my opinions on what the majority of Jewish people in Hollywood & producers have showed me while being on this Earth.

I'm talking about the message here... Do you not see the difference between Black people thinking that their history comes in the forms of slaves & peasants to Europeans compared to knowing their ancestry also includes great Kings & Queens & spearheading some great advancements in civilization. Whites in american culture have ALWAYS depicted blacks as being subservient to whites and being placed in an inferior role. When that vision is CONSTANTLY being beaten into your head through media i have to believe it's a precedent involved somewhere.

Less opportunities for African American actors = more opportunity for Caucasian actors, The less people know about their past the easier it is for those people to be controlled (Which on the Media side of things) The Jewish community owns a large portion of that and have a heavy hand in cultivating what black culture "should" like.

Yo I didn't say we don't have dark skin, and often times I am lumped in racial categorization that is complicated. A lot of Egyptians go through that, since we are neither Arab, Caucasian, or black. Were just North African. That's how people from North Africa look.

As dark as some of our skin maybe, we are still not African American black. Those features Are different. All good though yo.

Those people are indigenous because they are tribe based people that never left that land.

And yes for sure there were black people amongst the ancient Egyptians because there clear paintings that show that, but they also show different skin colours.
