It's kinda self explanatory. I have a pair of anniversary 11's and I'm keeping them DS. But I am really afraid that the bottoms will yellow. How can I keep the bottoms icy?

That's not true... The more you wear them, the yellower they get.
This is due to the Oxidation.
Even if you don't wear them they will eventually get yellow.
It's best to enjoy them, & not just stare at them as they yellow...
You can however slow down the process.
After every wear use baby wipes & clean them.
Store them in a dark place/cool place, somewhere Humidity can't get to them.
You might also want to use Silica Packets.
I've worn my 11's & I have yet to see yellowing.
I live by my word, & all those steps I've mentioned I use.

Well I'm trying to save them for when school starts. That's why I'm not really wearing them, plus I have like absolutely nothing to wear with them. Any suggestions on what I could wear with them?

if ur going out on sunny days, spray some armor alll uvb protectant on them. id reapply once every 3 months. its in the yellow bottle

your most likely a highschooler which starts in about 2 months. the soles will not yellow in only 2 months so you have nothing to worry about. its a white shoe...its not that hard to find something to wear with it

Is this thread really needed....What should you wear with them and how to prevent them from yellowing in 2 months? Funny stuff.

They're not going to yellow in 2 months

.

But for long periods of time: the main thing is to just keep them in a cool place. not next to anywhere that has heat or sunlight. And when you do decide to wear them, clean the bottom afterward by soaking it with cool water then dry it off with a towel and lastly put it back into the box...this is really the best way to slow down the process of yellowing.
