I usually just break night when its time to sleep (the morning in your case).....do what ever you need to do to stay up (get out the house, drink coffee/energy drinks, etc) and by the time its night you KO and wake up early and keep it in motion....funny, I pretty much broke night today because Im trying to get my pattern back in rotation too...hope that works for ya

i work graveyard. i haven't always and have had to work a variety of shifts before.

the one technique i've tried involves food. i've read somewhere that your circadian cycle is governed by the food you eat and mealtime.

you can look this up on the internet further, but resetting your circadian cycle involves fasting for 12~+ hours before your intended wake up time, then eating your first meal whenever "breakfast" should be. i usually get up at 3pm so when i tried this technique i ate my first meal at 4pm.

without fail or alarm clock, i usually fall asleep around 7AM and get up at 3PM every day.

Every Summer I usually go to sleep around 4 or 5 and wake up around 11.

Usually to get back on my schedule I stay up, even if I'm sleepy, then go to sleep on regular time. And that's how I start, Been doing it for about 5 years now, Never fails.

Do it gradually, if you usually go to sleep at 4am, start sleeping at 3 am, then work your way to 2am, and so on

My pattern is horrendous. I blame work, one day I'm closing (1 am) and like two days later I'm opening (6 am). Some days I sleep till like 3, other days I'm up at like 9. But once school is back I'll be good... I hope.
