This recipe is a recipe from my good buddy Joe that I adjusted to my taste a bit. Neither of us measure stuff - all eyeball cooking. I'll try toapproximate measurements for you.
Put the breasts in a big zip lock bag and add the following to create a marinade:
Either grill (charcoal please; gas grills give no flavor) to your preferred level of doneness or bake on the middle rack in a 350 degree oven for 23 minutes(my oven is convection, your time may vary slightly). I have also prepared them on a cast iron grill plate on the stove top and they come out good and havethose cool grill marks.
Put the breasts in a big zip lock bag and add the following to create a marinade:
- Healthy dose of balsamic vinegar (you can use red wine vinegar, but balsamic is better) - about 1/2 cup
- Splash of extra virgin olive oil - couple of tablespoons
- 2-3 tablespoons of adobo seasoning - adjust to your taste
- Teaspoon of hot Hungarian paprika
- Teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning
