I got 325 before we left school for the summer trying to come back and do 340 or more, we had a pro-day and I got 16 reps on 225, just likeLendale White lol

150-160 lbs. bench pressed 190 or 200. I couldn't remember. I maxed out like 8 months ago. Been doing 135 most of the time because I don'thave a spotter.
 
I'm 6'7" 208 and the most I've done is like 175 twice. A year ago I wasn't getting anything close to that. Benching doesn't matter inbasketball though.
 
ive done 245 once....no reps ofcourse, i dont understand what the big deal or should i say doubt is about..

Anyway, in my prime (last Spring), I could rep 330.

Thanks to many different factors, however, I've lost it all and probably can only put up like 275 now.

Falling off and then having to work your way back up to what you once were FTL.

Last time I maxed out, I was at 315, but when I played football it was much higher which was like 3 years ago, im 5'11'' 255 btw

NT is a joke when it comes to fitness except a handful of members on here.

A GROWN MAN should be warming up with 225, i know dudes who are old enough to be most of our fathers on here who can do that.

225lbs is only 2 plates on both sides, seriously.................

I'm 5'8'' and weigh 150. The most I've ever benched is 200 back when I was a freshman in high school when I was 5'6'' and 140.Since then though, I haven't worked out consistently AT ALL, so my current max is about 150.

lol im not gonna lie when i started lifting back in high school i started with the 50 lb dumbbells i think....but i'd be damned if i stayedthat small and weak.

benching isn't everthing but it is important
