When I use to pay to get my haircut it'd range from one or twice a month depending if I got a shape up. Usually a fade $10 + $2/3 (for facial hair). No tip.

My best times were in my early college days, paying dudes who were good great at it $4 for a haircut or buying them a cheeseburger or two and some fries from McDonald's or with the lunch card I MISS THAT.

Now I cut my own hair (dark cesar) and do it once a month. Shape up every now and then at my leisure.
