You CAN get your money back. File an unauthorized transaction claim. Pretend like you didn't know it happened. Say you would never do this because doing sales through gift is prohibited.
I got scammed as a seller accepting a gift payment. Dude filed a claim and there was nothing I could do. A few weeks ago, someone requested for money and it was for a gift payment not an invoice and I didn't realize. He tried scamming me. Filed the claim and was good.
