Ether did what it set out to do. Song has little replay-value. The Takeover release was bad timing and did little to Nas. Great song that still listenable today. It is was it is.

I mean he basically is pointing out that Jay's whole dopeboy image is phony, which it mostly was.  Both kicked facts either way.  And people who say Takeover might as well say Kanye won the battle cause the only reason they're saying that is cause of the beat.  I love how that's an argument like either of the dudes did the production for the track in the first place
