Never really gave Jhene Aiko a chance but I always liked the songs she's been featured on. About to give Sail Out a listen.

Sail Out is really good, a lot better than what I expected but then again I didn't really know what to expect. Every feature was excellent and even her solo songs were surprisingly good.

I've been avoiding listening to anything post-Sail Out in anticipation for the album, but I listened to Love & Die once weeks ago and the chorus occasionally gets stuck in my head

I can't wait.

Her singing doesn't sound bad in that video actually.
