At the risk of sound like an old head (even though I am) I’ve been at this since 1990 when Mom’s used to buy my pairs. I enjoyed the era of picking up the first Cool Greys at the mall at 6am with only 1 or 2 other people there with me. And now with bots and the backdooring and Nike’s SNKRS app being a **** show this **** just ain’t for me.

I will hug my 2015 pair a little tighter tonight. And do something I’ve never done in the history buying anything. Which is cop the OG silhouette reps from that kid on instagram. F*CK you Nike! You reap what you sow.

It’s just not worth the hassle anymore. I have 5 variations of the Chicagos now, Lost and Founds and 2015s included. At this point most of the original Jordan colorways have released so it’s not much else keeping me in the hobby.

The wort part for me is I couldn't even TRY to buy a pair today on snkrs or the websites

I'm just glad I got FR3 easy...those haven't returned true to form since 88 so to me its more special than this gimmick shoe that I'm salty about missing so I'm trying to downplay it to feel better when in all reality this was shoe of the year to me and stings even worse than striking out on the 2015 pair
