Jordan 1 Chicago - Reimagined aka Lost and Found - November 19, 2022

Folks, would love a second opinion on this pair my friend got from Goat.

The wing logos appear a bit more blurry than my pair from FNL.

There’s one fat mark on the left shoe mid sole under black light. The rest of the shoe and right shoe and the box is fine. (See first pic)

I recognize these are likely from the Asian market given the big sticker in Chinese on the bottom of the box. But the size sticker in the insole is new to me. I’ve never anything like it. Anyone seen it before?

The stars on the sole are smaller on the goat pair than my fnl pair and therefore they’re able to fit 4 stars instead of 3 stars (FNL) per roll.

Overall, what do y’all think? Thanks in advance.

Which sounds more likely?

😁😆

No need to tell on the jig when you’ve had the lost and found top star listing on your computer screen for 2 hours and you refresh at 11 and it says sold out at 11:00:02

I was aiming to stay in Topstar without spending the 1500, definitely not expecting a free pair

eBay has the weirdest customer service 😂

“Excuse me I wasn’t able to buy some Chicago 1s at retail…”

“Say less, we’ll find a pair for you for free”

Trash ah company :smh:
Good for you though lol

Damn bruh was probably the only one in the universe to place a phone order on that release. Strait win 😂

These pics actually look pretty good, but use Legit App to be sure. The reps for L&Fs are pretty crazy, so the only way to be sure is to use one of these algorithm based apps. Shout out to frenchbreadbuilds frenchbreadbuilds for the info on this stuff.

i compared the goat pair receipt with my FNL pair they're identical so i think we're good there.
Appreciate your input!
Dudes are selling the boxes / receipts / newspaper of legit pairs on the secondary market. Need to make sure with the shoes themselves.

Does the Legit app do anything different than Check Check?

I always thought, at best it was some guy who looked at my photos for 1-2 minutes while smoking a blunt and watching Scarface.

At worst it’s just a computer looking at the photos.

I don’t how you guys can really tell the good fakes from the real thing.

I try to watch videos and educate myself.

…but I still have no clue.

My understanding is that the app is a computer that analyzes photos for specific consistencies. Specifically, the stitching under the insole is a dead giveaway. In other words, there is actually an objective way to determine authenticity. Back in the day, fakes were relatively easy to spot (I remember all the tells about Heineken dunks, for example). But fakes these days are pretty dang good. I would prefer an algorithm over eyeballs any day. But I could be just drinking the Koolaid.

You may be right about the algorithm.

…I’m not qualified to say.
